• Personal Injury
  Our personal injury clients do not pay Attorney's fees unless we recover a Jury verdict at trial or settlement with the insurance company. We offer free consultation.
  
  Keith & Wilson share 50 years of experience in personal injury law;  thirty-five years for Pat Keith, fifteen years for Scott Wilson.  Among their experience are auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, shipwrecks, airplane crashes, trucking-related accidents, and wrongful death claims.
  
  Their expertise comes from hundreds of cases.  Between them they have handled every aspect of personal injury claims, from initial investigation on the day of accident, negotiating settlements, trials, and appeals to the Supreme Court of Virginia. Always on the side of the plaintiff, they have worked in every venue in central Virginia. 
  
  Scott’s first several years in practice, he represented insurance companies. He knows how these companies approach claims of injured persons. Scott has also continued staying abreast of issues with educational efforts like the Advanced Trial Advocacy course course he took at Temple University.
  
  "It’s a personal experience.  We want to make our clients feel at ease.  One thing we do is take the stress off, we handle the collection of data, communicating with the insurance adjustor and/or police officers.  Our clients don’t have to worry about paper or administration work and dealing with people on telephone, they can worry about getting better emotionally and physically.  We’re here to talk to them, answer phones, give personal attention, being there from the day they’re injured to the day the case is settled.  We handle their case, helping them process medical liens/bills, doing the simple things that normally would occupy a large amount of the client's personal time..  We also try to reduce ERISA, Meidcare/Medicaid and workers compensation liens on behalf of our clients."

• Real Estate

  We handle residential and commercial real estate matters representing both sellers and buyers.  We perform closings, prepare deeds, review contracts, and prepare contracts, refinances, interim and permanent construction loans. Also, we represent real estate developers, builders, mortgage bankers, brokers, and other financial institutions. 
  
  We are available to help with real estate sales, purchase, refinance, and home equity loans.  We personally do every closing.
  
  We do our best representing you and hope to become your attorney in other matters such as estate planning or business law.

• Business

  We provide counseling and advice to clients on setting up their businesses.  We handle partnerships, LLC, corporations, family limited partnerships, and other business entities. We represent people in buying and selling their businesses.  We draft numerous contracts and agreements to suite our clients individual needs. We also review commercial leases, prepare leases and handle tenant disputes & transaction disputes.  

  We are the registered agent for many corporations and LLCs. We prepare the annual minutes, filings with the State Corporation Commission for corporations and LLCs.  We’re involved in the formation of businesses and in the acquisition of other businesses.

• Divorce/Family Law

  Divorces, property settlement agreements, and support/custody and visitation are all areas in which we are experienced.  We can help with adoptions.  All matters in juvenile domestic relations court relating to family law can also be handled by our firm.
