Both Pat Keith & Scott Wilson have deep roots in Richmond having been raised and schooled in the area.
They each provide service in various areas of law and their skills and expertise complement each other’s practices. They both especially believe in giving personal attention to clients.
They also believe in being active in the community through Church, little league football, coaching at Benedictine High School, and being members of Knights of Columbus and the Thomas Moore Society. They have participated in pro bono work for various clients including: Association for Support of Children with Cancer Supporters and RE section committee for Virginia Bar.

Mr. Keith’s business clients include both buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of businesses. He also represents general contractors and handles contract litigation, mortgage financing and buying, selling and obtaining of franchises. Mr. Keith’s clientele has included several large oil companies and a radio station.
Education
A lifelong resident of Richmond, VA, Mr. Keith graduated in 1958 from Benedictine High School in Richmond, VA. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1962 from the St. Vincent College, Latrobe, PA, where he graduated played Varsity Football and Varsity Tennis. He received his Juris Doctor (L.L.B.) in 1965 from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Richmond, VA.
Professional Experience
Mr. Keith is a former Assistant Attorney General of Virginia. While in the Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Keith was special counsel to the Highway Department and, later, represented the Department of Agriculture and the milk commission for the State of Virginia.
Mr. Keith formerly practiced with the law firm of Williams, Paul, Smith and Moore. This firm was engaged in the general practice of law with major concentrations in Real Estate, Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, advising corporations and business law. The law firm of Keith and Inge followed and again this was a general practice of law, but the firm was very involved in representing major construction contractors and entrepreneurs. Following the law firm of Keith and Inge, Mr. Keith associated with him in his practice various Attorneys. The law firm of Keith & Wilson was formed in 2003 and has been a very successful blend of a practice of Mr. Keith and Mr. Wilson.

Mr. Keith was admitted to practice law by the Virginia State Bar in 1965. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar (member, Real Estate Section), the Virginia Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association (member of the Executive Committee for the Real Estate section), and the Chesterfield Bar Association.
Personal Information
Mr. Keith is the former president of The Association For The Study of Childhood Cancer, former member of the St. Gertrude School Board of Visitors, and the University of Richmond Spider Club. He has also served on the Reed’s Landing Home Owners Association and coached football with the Bon Air Southampton Football League.

Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from the Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, VA, where he graduated with distinction and played Varsity Football. He attended a term of study at St. Ann’s College, Oxford University, Oxford, England in 1984. He received his Juris Doctor in 1988 from the University of Florida College of Law, Gainesville, FL. He completed a course of study with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in 1996. A lifelong resident of Richmond, VA, he also graduated in 1980 from Benedictine High School in Richmond, VA.

Mr. Wilson has been admitted to practice law by the Virginia State Bar and appears before state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar (member, Real Estate and Litigation sections), the Virginia Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association, the Chesterfield Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Personal Information
Mr. Wilson is married and is the father of two daughters. He is an active volunteer in the community, coaching youth sports and sponsoring numerous youth teams, including the Chesterfield Metro Youth Football League. He is a past member of the Benedictine High School Alumni Board of Directors. He is a coach for the Benedictine JV Football Team. He and his family are parishioners at St. Benedict Church. He is a former Infantry Officer in the United States Army.
